- Include all accessories, manuals, and receipt.

- Select a trackable shipping service.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Ship & Track:
Send the package to the address provided by the Returns Portal. Keep your tracking number handy.

Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or dispatch your exchanged item within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.
Note: Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
